Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive remote assessments for ADHD in adults.
• Provide accurate diagnoses and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Prescribe and manage ADHD medications, ensuring safe and effective treatment.
• Monitor user progress through regular follow-ups and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic user care.
• Maintain detailed and accurate user records in compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

NP:

• Must be registered as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) with independent prescribing authority.
• For British Columbia: Registration with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
• For Ontario: Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) in the Extended Class.
• Experience diagnosing and treating ADHD is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Psychiatrist:

• For British Columbia: Registration with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia (CPSBC).
• For Ontario: Registration, or eligibility to register, with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO).
• Proven experience diagnosing and managing ADHD is highly recommended.
• Leadership skills and experience mentoring healthcare professionals such as Nurse Practitioners.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, virtual care environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with a commitment to user safety and quality care.
